Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Homify marketplace operated by RadLabs LLC ("Homify," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

What Homify is

Homify is a marketplace that connects homeowners ("Homeowners") with independent service providers ("Pros") for home services such as cleaning, landscaping, and handyman work. Homify is not a home services company and does not perform the work. Pros are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Homify. Homify does not guarantee the work of any Pro.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Bookings, payments, and payment protection

When a Homeowner accepts a Pro's quote or books a listed package, payment is collected up front through our payment processor, Stripe, and held until it is released to the Pro. Funds are released to the Pro when the Homeowner confirms the work is complete, or automatically 72 hours after the Pro marks the job complete if the Homeowner does not confirm or raise an issue.

Homify charges a service fee to Homeowners and a platform fee to Pros, disclosed before payment. Fees are recorded on each booking.

Cancellations and refunds

Either party may cancel a job before it is completed. When a funded job is cancelled, the amount held is refunded to the Homeowner, subject to any cancellation policy shown at booking. Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable.

Disputes

If a Homeowner flags an issue with completed work, payment is held while the parties and Homify work toward a resolution, which may include a full release, a partial release, or a refund. Homify may make a final determination on the release of held funds.

Conduct

You agree not to circumvent the platform to avoid fees, to provide false information, to harass other users, or to use the Service unlawfully. Pros agree to hold the licenses and insurance required for their trade and jurisdiction and to perform work competently and safely.

Verification

Homify verifies aspects of Pro identity, licensing, and insurance, but verification is not a guarantee of a Pro's quality, conduct, or outcomes. Homeowners are responsible for their own hiring decisions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homify disclaims warranties and is not liable for the acts, omissions, work, or conduct of any Homeowner or Pro, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees Homify earned on the booking at issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Homify against claims arising from your use of the Service, your bookings, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
